This one-day workshop provides fundamental principles and experiences to begin, or re energize, your journey to being the master of your own health and well-being. Using a blend of gentle stretching and yoga, meditation, time in nature, and principle discussion, you’ll gain an understanding of:

Workshop Schedule:
- 9:00-11:00: Welcome and indoor, experiential session
- 11:00-1:00: Outdoor earthing walk in nature and provided lunch
- 1:00-3:00: Indoor, experiential session and closing
What to Wear
Loose-fitting clothing that you can move in for indoor, experiential sessions. Layered clothing with sturdy shoes tor outdoor earthing walk that may include small elevation changes. Because some participants may be sensitive to synthetic fragrances, we ask that your refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes.
What to Bring
Yoga mat (we have extras to share if needed), water bottle, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, an open mind and vision for health.
